About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead the team during shifts in Arnhem. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety while assisting order pickers and delivery riders.

What you will do

• Leading the team during your shift
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety
• Assisting order pickers and delivery riders
• Managing inventory and order picking
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Ensuring hygiene and cleaning of shelves and sanitary facilities

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
