Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to oversee the daily operations of picking, packing, and delivery at their Breda location. You will report to the City Manager alongside 7-10 other Hub Managers, taking responsibility for customer experience and timely orders. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing the hub leadership team.

What you will do

Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
Report to City Manager alongside 7-10 other Hub Managers
Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
Take responsibility for customer experience and timely orders
Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders

What you bring

At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
