About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead order pickers and delivery drivers at their Delft location. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety during your shift, while also contributing to delivering orders within minutes. As the right hand of the location manager, you assist delivery drivers on site and manage inventory.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and delivery drivers
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during the shift
• Contributing to delivering orders within minutes
• Acting as the right hand of the location manager
• Assisting delivery drivers on location
• Managing inventory and helping with incoming goods and order picking

What you bring

• Some leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or hospitality
• Available for at least 16 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
