About the job
Quantware in Delft is looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the execution and delivery of complex programs. You will partner with project and discipline leads on cross-department initiatives and manage day-to-day handoffs across teams.
What you will do
- Own top-level execution and delivery of assigned programs
- Partner with project and discipline leads on cross-department programs
- Manage day-to-day execution including handoffs across departments
- Lead program-management activities like schedule build and gate reviews
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early
- Mentor junior program managers
What you bring
- Over 6 years of experience
- More than 4 years managing complex chip hardware projects in program management
- Experience coordinating across functions and departments
- Ability to work with highly specialized technical experts
- MSc, PhD, or equivalent in physics, electrical engineering, or related field
- Understanding of development lifecycle for chip-level technologies
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience with superconducting qubits or cryogenic systems
