Singlequantum is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to install and service SNSPD systems for scientific and industrial labs. This hybrid role in Delft involves building client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer support.
What you will do
- Install and service SNSPD systems remotely and on-site
- Build relationships with scientific and industrial labs
- Gather feedback during installations to improve service
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer support
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support
- Manage installation and service assignments
What you bring
- Proactive and technically savvy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in physics or engineering
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel
- Strong project management skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with fiber optics
- Experience in quantum optics or cryogenics and vacuum systems
