What you will do

Provide technical assistance and support for software solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Assist with product configurations

Contribute to solution architecture development
Provide 24/7 on-call response for Level 2 support

What you bring

Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
Higher vocational training with 3 years experience or secondary education with 5 years experience
Experience diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and integration issues
Proficiency in debugging and log analysis
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
ITIL foundation or advanced certification

Nice to have

Knowledge of NATO AirC2 services
Experience in software engineering including design, implementation, and testing
Knowledge of software engineering standards and design patterns
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience in NATO or FAS support
