About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead order pickers and delivery riders in Den Haag. You ensure service, productivity, and safety during your shift while assisting the team on location.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and delivery riders
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during the shift
• Assisting delivery riders on location
• Performing inventory management and order picking
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Training new delivery riders and order pickers

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 16 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
