About the job

Flink is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to lead orderpickers and riders at their Deventer location. You will ensure smooth operations during your shift while motivating the team.

What you will do

  • Lead orderpickers and riders by example
  • Ensure service, productivity, and safety during shift
  • Assist riders on site
  • Help with inbound and order picking
  • Check bike fleet for damage
  • Train new riders and pickers

What you bring

  • Hands-on and enjoys working in operations
  • Remains calm and motivates team
  • Some managerial experience
  • Available for at least 24 hours per week
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, retail, or catering
