About the job

Flink is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its hub in Ede. In this role, you will manage daily operations and inspire a team of shift leads to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize hub operational flow
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads
• Ensure top-notch customer experience
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage and maintain schedules for pickers, riders, and shift leads
• Foster a collaborative and motivating environment

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Strong in structuring and optimizing processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Believes in teamwork and collaboration
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
