About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You'll act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when absent.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach team members and assist with onboarding
• Check equipment and maintain hygiene standards

What you bring

• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Some managerial experience preferred in logistics, retail, or catering
• Hands-on and enjoys operations work
• Remains calm under stress and motivates team
• Enjoys working with people
