About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep is looking for a Business Support Specialist to bridge operations, IT, and external stakeholders. In this role, you will manage WMS-related change requests and support system implementations and optimizations.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests with IT and stakeholders
- Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements
- Execute and support testing of system changes
- Participate in and support projects for system implementations and optimizations
- Act as key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in English
- Experience with and affinity for IT systems (ERP/WMS)
- Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, engineering, and automation
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong team player
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP
