Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor to lead and optimize a warehouse department in Lelystad. What you will do

Lead and optimize a warehouse department
Monitor and steer daily KPIs on productivity, quality, and planning
Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate workforce planning
Identify and implement process improvements
Coach team members and support their professional development
Work in an international and diverse environment with automation and data-driven operations

What you bring

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
At least 1 year experience as Supervisor, or several years as Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader
Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Experience with systems like SAP or other ERP/WMS
Good English skills
Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods)
