About the job

Arvato is looking for a Director Accountmanagement & Operations to lead operational performance and client relationships at their Gennep location. This role combines strategic account management with P&L responsibility, driving commercial opportunities and continuous improvement within a complex supply chain environment.

What you will do

  • Responsible for operational performance, account management, and P&L
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations
  • Develop commercial opportunities within the account and translate them into supply chain solutions
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary management team
  • Drive continuous improvement, change, and new implementations
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, HR, and the international organization

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent thinking and working level
  • Extensive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Account Management, or similar
  • Proven experience with P&L responsibility and managing a large complex operation
  • Strong experience in strategic account management and relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Track record in leading and developing management teams and improving business performance
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
