At Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep, you take full ownership of operational performance, account management, and P&L. You lead a multidisciplinary management team and drive continuous improvement and strategic growth within key accounts.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• Extensive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Account Management or comparable environment
• Proven experience with P&L responsibility and managing a large complex operation or business unit
• Strong experience in strategic account management and building relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Track record in leading and developing management teams, driving change and improving business performance
• Strong financial and commercial acumen combined with an operational mindset
