About the job

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer support within a logistics environment. You will join Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep and contribute to daily operations and process improvements.

What you will do

Support daily logistics operations
Assist with transport planning and carrier communication
Monitor and analyze KPIs
Participate in improvement projects
Support preparation and improvement of KPI reports
Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvements

What you bring

MBO BOL Level 4 in Specialist Transport and Logistics or Bachelor's in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or International Business
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Interest in logistics processes and supply chain management
Familiar with Excel and working with data
Good command of English
