About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep is looking for a Quality Coordinator to maintain and improve quality standards. You will manage quality management systems and support management teams with reports and improvement actions.
What you will do
- Maintain quality standards and certifications like ISO and Business Continuity Management
- Manage quality management systems including SharePoint, Peoplenet (SAP) and ISO 9001
- Develop and monitor KPIs and work instructions
- Conduct root cause analyses of quality failures and risk analyses
- Prepare reports and improvement actions for management teams
What you bring
- Relevant completed bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in quality management or application management
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of both English and Dutch
- Analytical approach to quality issues
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint
