Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at their location in Gennep. In this role, you will coordinate the team and ensure smooth processes throughout the day.

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders
- Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day
- Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning
- Coach and motivate the team
Wat je meebrengt
- MBO working level with experience or HBO starter
- Minimum 1 year as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts
