About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead shifts at their Haarlem location. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety while supporting order pickers and riders.

What you will do

• Leading the team during shifts
• Responsible for service, productivity and safety
• Supporting order pickers and riders
• Assisting with incoming goods and order picking
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Training new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Hands-on mentality

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail or hospitality
