Kite Pharma is seeking a Director of Quality Compliance to lead and develop its Quality Compliance team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will ensure site compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards while maintaining inspection readiness.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Compliance team
- Ensure site compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory inspections
- Oversee self-inspection programs across GMP subsystems
- Improve self-inspection procedures and tools
- Act as compliance advisor on complex quality matters
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Life Science & Technology, Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Compliance
- 15+ years of cGMP experience
- Deep expertise in utilities, critical systems, maintenance and calibration programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent auditor skills
Nice to have
- Master's degree (substitutes for 2 years experience)
- Ph.D. degree (substitutes for 4 years experience)
