About the job
Delta Electronics is looking for an HR Intern to join their team in Hoofddorp. You will support the full recruitment cycle, assist with employee training, and help improve HR processes. This is a full-time, on-site internship starting in early 2027.
What you will do
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support logistics and delivery of employee training sessions
- Participate in HR process improvement projects using MS Office 365 tools
- Help organize and facilitate internal events for employee engagement
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR or related field
- Enrolled in university for the entire internship duration
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to learn new knowledge and skills effectively
- Available for full-time on-site work for 6 months starting Jan/Feb 2027
- Familiar with MS Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, Power Automate, and AI tools
Nice to have
- Fluent in English
- Speaking other European languages
