About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead order pickers and delivery riders at their Katwijk aan Zee location. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety during your shift, while also assisting riders on location and managing inventory. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and delivery riders
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during shift
• Assisting riders on location
• Inventory management and helping with incoming goods and order picking
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Maintaining hygiene: keeping shelves and sanitary facilities clean

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Hands-on mentality
• Ability to stay calm and motivate the team

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
