Hub Manager (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead operations at its Leeuwarden hub. In this role, you will oversee the entire flow of picking, packing, and delivery while ensuring safety and compliance. You will report to the City Manager and work alongside other Hub Managers to drive performance.

What you will do

• Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage team scheduling and maintain coverage

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
