Hub Manager (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to oversee daily operations at their Leiden hub, including picking, packing, and delivery. In this role, you will lead the hub leadership team and ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws. You will report to the City Manager and work alongside other Hub Managers to drive performance.

What you will do

• Manage hub operations including picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Oversee customer experience and order accuracy
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
