About the job
MAT Research is seeking a Research Technician to join their team in Leiden. You will execute high-precision experiments for in vitro pyrogen tests using MAT and ELISA, and maintain QA/QC standards according to Good Laboratory Practice.
What you will do
- Execute high-precision experiments for in vitro pyrogen tests using MAT and ELISA
- Collect, process, and write validation reports on data
- Maintain QA/QC standards according to Good Laboratory Practice
- Keep meticulous experiment records for data integrity
- Synthesize lab data into comprehensive reports
- Handle inventory, logistics, and lab maintenance
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biological or medical sciences with immunology background
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in chemical or biological labs
- Experience with PBMC isolations, cellular assays, and ELISA or Flow Cytometry
- Comfortable with data analysis software and reviewing data
- Precision and attention to detail in experimental execution
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Experience under GLP, GMP, or ISO:9001 quality standards
