About the job
MAT Research is looking for a Manufacturing Operator/Technician to join their team in Leiden. In this role, you will execute end-to-end manufacturing of MAT kits and operate bioprocessing equipment. The position is onsite with a 40-hour work week.
What you will do
- Execute end-to-end manufacturing of MAT kits
- Operate and maintain bioprocessing equipment
- Conduct in-process quality control tests
- Maintain batch records and production documentation
- Handle biological materials and manage inventory
- Support process improvement and develop SOPs
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in biological/medical sciences
- At least 3 years experience in biotech or immunology manufacturing
- Experience with PBMC isolations and cellular assays
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO:9001
- Strong documentation and data recording skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Certifications in bioprocessing, GMP, or quality control
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French
