About the job

Flink is looking for a Team Leader to oversee order pickers and riders at their Leiden location. In this role, you will ensure service, productivity, and safety during shifts while supporting the team on-site.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and riders
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during shifts
• Assisting riders on location
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Keeping shelves and sanitary facilities clean
• Training new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
