Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor to lead and optimize a warehouse department in Lelystad. In this international, data-driven environment, you will monitor daily KPIs and drive process improvements while coaching your team.

• Lead and optimize a warehouse department
• Monitor and steer daily KPIs for productivity, quality, and planning
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate workforce planning
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coach team members and support their development
• Work in an international, data-driven environment

Wat je meebrengt

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
• At least 1 year as Supervisor or several years as Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems
• Good English skills
• Willing to work in shifts, including temporary night periods
