Axon is looking for a Regional Technical Implementation Manager to become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem. You will serve as a technical liaison between Axon, customers, and strategic delivery partners. This is a remote position in the Netherlands.
What you will do
- Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of current and expanding product deployments
- Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and strategic delivery partners
- Follow up on all requests submitted from customers
- Work with the sales team to support existing customers
- Manage tickets and RMA and work with internal teams from issue identification through the entire life cycle of adoption
- Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers
What you bring
- Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills
- Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption
- Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks
- Ability to legally live in territory and travel to other countries as required
- Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools
