Axon is looking for a Field Deployment Engineer to serve as the technical expert for its ecosystem in Northern Europe. In this remote role, you will act as the key technical liaison between Axon, its customers, and partners, ensuring successful adoption and support.

What you will do

Serve as technical expert for Axon ecosystem
Act as technical liaison between Axon, customer, and partners
Follow up on customer requests
Support existing customers with sales team
Manage tickets and RMA throughout issue lifecycle
Coordinate regular calls with existing customers

What you bring

Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
Tactical focus on customer success adoption
Mission-driven and highly motivated
Strong technical foundation in enterprise networking
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs
Ability to legally live in territory and travel internationally
