Hub Manager (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead the operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery at its Nijmegen hub. In this role, you will ensure safety and compliance while coaching a team and driving performance. You will report to the City Manager and work alongside other Hub Managers.

What you will do

• Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage team scheduling and maintain operational coverage

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven with ability to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
