About the job

Join IFS as a Senior Full Stack Engineer and lead the design and architecture of scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces for an industrial sustainability reporting platform. You'll deliver AI-native features for carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning, driving the platform's evolution into modular, event-driven, API-first components.

What you will do

Lead design and architecture of scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces
Deliver AI-native features for carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning
Drive platform evolution into modular, event-driven, API-first components
Provide technical direction on scalability, maintainability, performance, and product impact
Own reliability and operational excellence including telemetry, SLOs, and incident response
Champion DevOps practices and mentor engineers

What you bring

Strong full stack software engineering experience
Experience with modern front-end technologies like React
Strong back-end engineering experience with GoLang or similar languages
Experience designing and building scalable APIs and cloud-native applications
Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD and monitoring
Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
Experience mentoring engineers
Experience with AI-enabled or sustainability products
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks like GHG Protocol or CSRD
