Huawei Europe is seeking a Senior Data Center Solution Manager to drive business growth across the FLAPD and Nordic regions. This role focuses on capturing new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle while building relationships at the C-suite level.
What you will do
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships
- Own sales KPIs and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for bespoke solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
What you bring
- Minimum 6 years professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors
- Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel frequently up to 50% across Europe
Nice to have
- Expertise or strong network in Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
- Proficiency in an additional European language (German, French, or Nordic language)
