Hitachi Energy is seeking a Civil Construction Technical Site Advisor for a remote role based in Rotterdam. You will provide technical guidance and oversight for civil construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
What you will do
- Provide technical guidance for civil construction activities
- Monitor progress, quality, documentation, and compliance
- Advise on civil construction interfaces with other teams
- Promote safe working practices and HSE requirements
- Review drawings, technical documentation, and site changes
- Participate in inspections, quality walks, and handovers
What you bring
- Experience in high-voltage, power transmission, or energy industry
- At least 5 years in civil construction site activities
- Higher education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and construction best practices
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
