Hitachi Vantara is looking for an SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive the regional SAP business strategy. This remote role involves leading a team of SAP professionals and overseeing project delivery across the region.
What you will do
- Develop and execute regional SAP business strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for SAP practice in EMEA
- Oversee delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and SAP representatives
- Monitor market trends and emerging SAP technologies
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional teams and P&L
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in SAP ecosystem in EMEA
- Deep understanding of SAP modules like S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
