Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Controller to act as the financial lead for complex projects in Rotterdam. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, cost control, and project performance while ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
What you will do
- Act as financial lead for complex projects
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, cost control, and project performance
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Support tender handovers and capture lessons learned
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, governance, and audit standards
- Support contract, scope, and change management activities
What you bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience in project controlling, project finance, or financial management of complex projects
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project accounting
- Understanding of project risk management, contract management, and project governance
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels and across cultures
- Fluent in Dutch and English
