Hitachi Energy is seeking a Financial Business Controller to oversee Grid Integration activities in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you will serve as a finance business partner to management and project teams, driving financial performance and strategic decisions.
What you will do
- Act as finance business partner to management and project teams
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Deliver financial analyses for operational and strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5-8 years of experience in business or project controlling
- Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and financial reporting
- Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge
- French language skills
