Aceve is looking for a Director of Product to lead its product and portfolio strategy across the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you will guide a distributed product organisation, making key decisions on roadmaps, investments, and portfolio simplification. You will collaborate closely with commercial, professional services, and technology teams to bring clarity to a complex setup resulting from acquisitions.
What you will do
- Set product and portfolio strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium
- Make roadmap, investment and prioritisation decisions across distributed products and teams
- Lead a distributed product organisation and align ways of working across locations
- Collaborate with Commercial, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and Technology
- Develop and simplify the portfolio, deciding on investment, consolidation, integration or evolution
- Bring clarity to a complex setup from acquisitions and different legal structures
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software product management
- Significant experience in senior product leadership
- Proven experience leading a multi-product portfolio
- Experience leading distributed teams across offices, countries or cultures
- Strong strategic judgement and comfort with ambiguity
- Based in Rotterdam, Zierikzee, or Amsterdam with regular travel to Rotterdam and Zierikzee
Nice to have
- Experience in vertical or industry-specific SaaS, especially construction or field service management
- Experience integrating product lines, teams or brands after an acquisition
- Familiarity with ERP, Field Service Management or adjacent business software
