Quantware is looking for a Director of Applications to lead the discovery and execution of quantum application projects with enterprise partners. You will own the end-to-end process, from building quantified business cases to managing a team of quantum experts.

What you will do

Own end-to-end execution of quantum application discovery projects with enterprise partners
Build and present quantified business cases for quantum applications
Recruit, manage, and lead a team of quantum algorithm experts and engineers
Build and maintain relationships with strategic and technical leadership at partner organizations
Develop repeatable frameworks for business case development and project execution
Translate enterprise application requirements into feedback for internal teams

What you bring

Proven track record of building quantified business cases for complex technology adoption
5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or MBA with technical undergraduate degree
Strategic leader with high ownership and outcome focus

Nice to have

Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or technology solution consulting practice
