All Your BI is looking for an Internal Communications & Enablement Partner to own the internal communication voice for company updates and Town Halls. In this remote role based in Rotterdam, you will transform messy briefs into clear messages and build change management communication strategies.
What you will do
- Own internal communication voice for company updates and Town Halls
- Transform messy briefs into clear messages
- Build change management communication strategies
- Design and deliver Town Halls
- Coordinate company-wide communications for remote team
- Maintain People Handbook and Confluence spaces
What you bring
- 4–5 years in internal communications or content creation
- Fluency in English with instinctive tone and subtext
- Content creation skills including presentations and video
- Ability to spot and fix confusing or messy content
- Comfortable with ambiguous briefs
- End-to-end ownership of work
