About the job
All Your BI is looking for a Client Solutions Lead to drive the end-to-end solution process for data and BI opportunities. You will lead discovery, shape proposals, and ensure smooth delivery handovers, all while improving the full lifecycle. This is a fully remote role based in the Netherlands.

- Lead discovery and scoping for qualified opportunities
- Own the solution behind the proposal
- Shape the commercial case together with Sales
- Own delivery readiness before commitment
- Close the loop after the sale
- Keep improving the full process
What you bring
- Energy, curiosity and healthy skepticism
- Led complex client work across consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery
- Understand modern data platforms, BI solutions and cloud environments
- Turn ambiguous client questions into clear outcomes and realistic delivery approach
- Lead rooms with commercial, operational and technical stakeholders
- Strong English
Nice to have
- Experience in data or BI consultancy
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Power BI knowledge
- Experience with logistics, ports or industrial clients
- Commercial estimation or pricing experience
- Experience improving pre-sales or delivery handover processes
