About the job

All Your BI is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship the AI behind their products and client solutions. You will own production end to end, from fixing issues to implementing evals and observability, while keeping AI affordable and translating capability into client value.

What you will do

  • Build and ship AI behind products and client solutions: LLM applications, RAG, agents, tool-calling
  • Own production end to end, including fixing issues and implementing evals, observability, tracing, guardrails
  • Keep AI affordable by tracking cost and latency, using caching, routing, and appropriate models
  • Work within architectural guidelines set by Lead AI Engineer and flag issues early
  • Translate AI capability into client value and push back on unnecessary AI

What you bring

  • Attitude and execution: energy, curiosity, strong bias to fix things yourself
  • AI/ML engineering in production: shipped LLM/GenAI systems, RAG, agents, tool-calling
  • Strong Python and knowledge of modern AI stack (LLM APIs, vector databases, orchestration framework)
  • Reliability & LLMOps: evals, observability, tracing, guardrails, prompt/version control, cost/latency budgets
  • Client & business sense: explain AI value to non-technical clients in strong English

Nice to have

  • Data or BI background or consultancy experience
  • Cloud + deployment muscle (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Model distillation, structured outputs, multimodal pipelines
