What you will do

• Leading the team during shifts
• Ensuring correct execution of processes in the location
• Ensuring satisfaction of customers and employees
• Supervising order pickers and delivery drivers
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety
• Acting as the right hand of the location manager

What you bring

• Hands-on mentality
• Leadership experience
• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
