Shift Lead (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in 's-Hertogenbosch. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety. You will also act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in during their absence.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in during absence
• Coach team members on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Hands-on and enjoys operational work
• Remains calm in stressful situations
• Able to motivate the team daily
