What you bring
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Track record of leading organizational change
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Analytical and data-driven approach
