About the job
Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their finance team in Sevenum. You will handle customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit processing while working in an international environment.
What you will do
- Process customer invoices and communicate about transactions
- Manage payment delays and process credits
- Monitor and collect overdue accounts to minimize DSO
- Communicate with debtors via written and phone correspondence
- Coordinate with debt collection agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes
What you bring
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C finance operations in an international environment
- Strong communication skills
- Technical proficiency in financial and accounting systems
- Fluency in German and English
