Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation to go-live. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project governance while building strong stakeholder relationships.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation to go-live and handover
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business owners and implementation partners
Drive project governance by facilitating steering committees and managing scope, budgets, risks
Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties
Promote delivery excellence by applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

What you bring

5+ years experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects
Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies

Nice to have

Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or Scrum Master experience
