About the job
Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an IT Demand Manager to own and improve the demand management process. You will coordinate the demand lifecycle, facilitate governance meetings, and provide portfolio transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting.

- Own and improve the Demand Management process
- Coordinate the demand lifecycle and maintain portfolio data in Jira
- Facilitate governance and decision-making meetings
- Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting
- Drive process and tooling improvements
What you bring
- 5+ years experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management
- Experience with Jira or comparable portfolio management tools
- Ability to bring structure to complex processes
- Collaboration skills across business and IT
