Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Manager Logistik to lead logistics operations at their Sevenum location. You will be responsible for end-to-end logistics processes, team leadership, and performance management.

What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and their management teams
Assume overall responsibility for end-to-end logistics processes in assigned warehouse areas
Manage operational performance using KPIs and ensure corrective actions are taken
Ensure compliance with safety, labor law, and quality requirements
Contribute to and lead logistics projects
Provide structured reporting to the Director Logistics

What you bring

Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or comparable commercial qualification
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse environment
Experience leading large operational teams across multiple management levels
Ability to manage performance and productivity using KPIs
Solid knowledge of Lean methods and continuous improvement processes
Business-fluent English skills in writing and speaking
