Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Release Manager to lead the evolution of its Enterprise Release Management process. In this hybrid role based in Sevenum, you will coordinate complex cross-functional releases and drive release readiness with Go/No-Go decisions.

What you will do

• Lead evolution of Enterprise Release Management process
• Coordinate complex cross-functional releases
• Drive release readiness with Go/No-Go decisions
• Build release governance with standards and templates
• Champion continuous improvement for release reliability

What you bring

• 7+ years in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management
• Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms like D365 F&O, AX, SAP
• Comfortable with Jira, Confluence and structured release governance
• Ability to align business and technology stakeholders
