About the job

Flosum is seeking an AI Go-to-Market Engineer to join their remote team. This role focuses on deploying AI agents and building intelligent systems to transform B2B sales processes. You will work directly with the CEO on category-defining projects.

What you will do

Deploy and train an AI SDR agent within 30 days
Build an AI-powered inbound qualification system
Increase revenue-generating time per AE from 25% to 50%+
Architect AI layer across GTM stack
Build AI-driven competitive intelligence engine
Create hyper-personalized outbound campaigns at 10x volume

What you bring

Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR/BDR agents in B2B sales for at least 90 days
Deep knowledge of B2B GTM stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Qualified
Ability to write production integrations in Python or JavaScript
Understanding of pipeline math and unit economics
Experience with AI agent orchestration
Demonstrated ability to build prompt libraries and training datasets

Nice to have

Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, DevOps, CI/CD, data protection, compliance
